A New Year, and Many New Projects and Classes

Boy, time does fly when you are having fun! It was just Christmas and New Year's and now it is already January 21, 2008!

We have been so busy at Stamp Antonio since the New Year began, that I have fallen behind in my blogging.
Every day brings New merchandise via UPS and FedExpress. We have received the first issues of 2008 from all of the Somerset Studios Magazines, as well as Cloth, Paper, Scissors, Just Cards, and the Paper Trends' Cards book. New Rubber Stamps from Hero Arts, Amuse, Inkadinkado, and Memory Box have all come in since the first of the year. We have also gotten in more glitters, flocking, inks, and embossing powders. The counters are finally looking full!

We have also started a new monthly "theme" program. January's theme is Black and White. The store windows are decorated in Black & White, and the "theme" bookcase is filled with Black & White papers, ribbons, brads, and all types of embellishments that are presented in projects on our Black & White Tablescapes display table at the front of the store. Some of our Classes on the calendar are formed around the "theme of the month". As of the first of the year, our class schedules and newsletter are available online, or at the store. Stop by the store to pick up your printed copy if you desire.

We also celebrated a fun weekend this past weekend, with the ladies from A Stamp in the Hand from California. They held classes, and two demos at the store, which drew a large audience as usual. We hope you had a chance to stop by and watch Kat and Joyce at work. Their demos are always an eye opening experience.

Our February Class Schedule is set, and we are feverishly working on completing the samples for these classes. Please check the website for updates on these classes, or come by the store to see the samples in person. We will update the website as soon as the samples become available. The theme for February is "Key's". For example, "Key to my Heart" Love Book, a class I will be teaching on February 9th, where we will be making our own heart shaped book, that you can fill with coupons, pictures, and love notes to that someone special for Valentines Day.

We have also received many Valentines Day stamps, and have a pretty good supply right now!
So come on down to the store, check out the February Class Calendar, and get some new ideas for YOUR Valentine! We hope to see you soon!
