Spring Break 2009

Do your kids like to do Art Projects? Do you want to get rid of them for a few hours this coming Saturday? Well, Stamp Antonio Arts is having our FIRST Ever Kid's Class, Saturday, March 14, 2009 between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm.

The class is entitled,"Build-A-Robot", and our junior stampers will learn about working with clear acrylic stamps from Stampendous, along with acrylic blocks, ink pads, markers, and adhesives. They will be stamping robot parts, coloring them, cutting them out, and assembling them in various positions and working in various mediums to make cards, pictures, puppets, and storyboards.

The class price is only $15, and your children will have lots of fun learning about stamping, learning how to take care of their supplies, and making fun robots they can use for all types of decorations and make believe. The class is designed for stampers ages 8-12, but if your child is younger than 8, and still interested, a parent must accompany them to the class to help them with cutting and other techniques.

All supplies for this class will be furnished by the instructor, so if you are interested in this SUPER RAD Class for your child, that guarantees to be Fun, Fun, Fun, give us a call at 210-342-6217 and reserve a space today.

I also wanted to mention some of the New merchandise that has come into the store this past week. We received a shipment of Character Construction Acrylic Stamps, and if you are a follower of Catherine Moore's work, you will want to see the new line of stamps we received. We also received the Spring/Easter shipment of new stamps from AMuse, with the cute flop eared bunny in the carrot car, along with the New Snail stamp with the words, "snail mail!" We also got in a few of the Holly Berry House Stamps, that let you create layered medallions in various shapes. We got in two sizes of crosses, and two styles of large decorated eggs for Easter that would make wonderful cards, gifts, or ornaments.

So come on by the store and see what is New for Spring at Stamp Antonio Arts. Hope to see you soon!
