Hey Everyone,
I have been crazy busy, while the bosses have been out of the store on vacation. I have been so busy that I haven't had five minutes to update the blog, and I apologize for that! We have been busy building new displays at the store for our papers and our stamps, and planning for the NEW upcoming holiday displays that will be arriving shortly.

We have already started receiving Dia de los Muertos stamps, along with some fall type stamps and papers. Today, we put out the NEW Horse stamp line from Deadbeat Designs. Our friend, Mark, has been working day and night to get the new images to the store along with samples that are really spectacular. One sample he sent with the new horse images is so cute, we have been asked to do a class of it. This class will be in September, if we can work it into the schedule.

Another of our NEW displays in the store, is our " AS SEEN IN. . . . . . " area right inside the front door. This display will hold samples of projects seen in the newest of our favorite magazines! We also have a featured "paper of the week" where we have made samples showing you different ways to use our many types and styles of papers that we carry, from cardstock and scrapbook papers to handmade papers and parent sheets of paper.

Our classes this week are informative, Thursday, Marilyn Sanders is teaching a class on how to use Golden Products in your paper arts, from collage art to even cardmaking. She has a lot of new ideas to share with us using this medium. Saturday, is our Tea Bag book class with Valerie Lacayo. Valerie will be teaching a very simple book you bind yourself, and it is in the shape of a Tea Bag. Very cute, indeed! In the afternoon, Marilyn will return with an intermediate soldering class, so if you have learned the basics of soldering, and want to take it to the next level, come by and sign up for her class on Saturday! We have the samples for her class on our Class Board right as you come in the front door of the store. There are openings in each of these classes if you call right away and reserve your space. Otherwise you may miss out on these informative classes.

That's all I can think of to mention at this time. School will be starting soon for some, so get out of the house and come on down to Stamp Antonio Arts and try your hand at something NEW! You'll be glad you did! Hope to see you soon.
Mindy and the Team at Stamp Antonio Arts
